1. The short version

We collect the minimum information needed to sell you the product, deliver it, and stay in touch about it. We don't sell your data, we don't rent your email, and we don't share your details with anyone outside the vendors required to actually run the service.

• Email address — when you submit it on the homepage or at checkout, so we can send you the offer, the receipt, and the delivery instructions.
• Payment details — processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe or GoHighLevel). We never see or store your full card number.
• Account information — if you create an account on the site, we store your email and any project data you create inside the app.
• Basic usage data — page visits, referral source, and similar analytics signals to understand how the site is performing.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the product you purchased.
• To send transactional emails: receipts, delivery instructions, and important account or product updates.
• To send occasional marketing emails about related offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the site, the funnel, and the product based on aggregated usage data.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the third-party vendors required to operate the service, and only the data they need to do their job:

• Lovable — hosting and project delivery.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Stripe / GoHighLevel — payment processing.
• Email service provider — transactional and marketing email delivery.
• AI providers (via the Lovable AI gateway) — to run the AI tools inside the app.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent your email list.

5. Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may break parts of the app (like staying logged in).

6. Data retention

We retain your account and purchase information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to comply with legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 8).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice when appropriate.
